Barri Gotic means Gothic Quarters. This district is the nucleus of Barcelona and the heart of Ciutat Vella (Old Town). You will find in this medieval city the main public buildings: Palau de la Generalitat, Town Hall, El Catedral, and the Palau Reial. The area is packed with cafes, shops, bars, restaurants, and reasonable accommodation.
