Dominican College (Batch of '72) Get-together
Northern California
January 2004

Vicky Fernandez was in town visiting from Spain. She came to Northern California along with Rosemary Abad-Evans who had decided to see us one more time before moving back home to New York. =( We had a last-minute get-together at Lilian Sales-Antonio's residence in Daly City, California. There were lots of screaming when we saw Jojo and Babes. They came unannounced to surprise us. What a wonderful, pleasant surprise!

Ditas who is mostly quite busy also came. We did lots of catching up with our stories, had lots of great food, sang along to the karaoke tunes, tried on a wig, had massage sessions with a masseuse on-site, and reminisced through several DC yearbooks and photo albums. As far as the camaraderie is concerned, nothing much has changed since our grade school and high school days except the added discussion of grandchildren, body aches, or medications that each one of us are experiencing or taking. LOL! We had a wonderful time, we didn't part ways until around 3:00 a.m.

In attendance from Southern California were Rosemary, Jojo, and Babes. From Northern California were Lilian, Lui , Ditas, Maribet , Cai, and Marian. From Spain of course, was Vicky.

Vicky & Lui - remember the bicycles neatly lined up in a row while waiting for our Alcatraz tour? I rendered it into a sketch - it's the last shot in this series.
